Acceptance
Goods are only supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading as detailed below. The placing of an order is deemed as confirmation that the customer has accepted our terms and conditions of sale.
If an item is out of stock, we will offer the purchaser the option of a full refund or for us to order the product(s). Special orders are non-returnable unless under the manufacturer’s guarantee. Orders cancelled while shipment is in transit can be offered store credit or a voucher, valid for 12 months.
Title of Goods
The property in the Goods shall not pass to any persons or companies until all monies owed to Hoof Boots Ireland have been paid in full. Until such time, the customer must bear all risks and shall insure those goods against loss or damage. Hoof Boots Ireland shall be entitled, at any time, to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and Hoof Boots Ireland and its employees or agents shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purposes of effecting such repossessions.

Pricing
All our products are automatically priced in Euro, using the currency converter; you can view products in a currency of your choice.
Payment
Payment will be taken when the order is completed online through a secure server by credit or debit card (see Privacy Policy). Payment can also be made over the phone. We ask all customers not to email their credit details for their own security as we cannot be held responsible should any problems arise.
Vouchers
Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with other offers, including sale items.
The expert fitting order discount code can only be redeemed at www.hoofboots.ie and cannot be exchanged for cash or used by another party.
Vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Please note that where returns and/or refunds are requested, we will endeavour to return funds, in the same manner, they were received, less any expenses incurred via the payment method. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
Cancellations
Where an item is in stock it may not be possible to cancel an order before it is posted to the customer. This would fall under our Returns terms & conditions.
If an item has been ordered in especially and the order is cancelled before the goods are sent to us, then a full refund will be offered less any expenses incurred. This does not include custom orders.
Where several items have been ordered specially, where the order is cancelled, and part of the order has reached us, the customer can select to have a partial delivery (delivery expenses may be incurred if free shipping was selected and the items fall below the threshold) and refund on additional items not yet received less any expenses incurred.
Custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded once processed by the supplier.
