Orders cancelled while shipment is in transit can be offered store credit or a voucher, valid for 12 months.

All our products are automatically priced in Euro, using the currency converter; you can view products in a currency of your choice.

Where an item is in stock or is in transit to an HHS branch, it may not be possible to cancel an order before it is posted to the customer. This would fall under our Returns terms & conditions.
If an item has been ordered in especially and the order is cancelled before the goods are sent to us, then a full refund will be offered less any expenses incurred. This does not include custom orders.
Where several items have been ordered specially, where the order is cancelled, and part of the order has reached us, the customer can select to have a partial delivery (delivery expenses may be incurred if free shipping was selected and the items fall below the threshold) and refund on additional items not yet received less any expenses incurred.
Custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded once processed by the supplier.
